Ingredients for Braided sesame bread I

1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Sesame seeds |
2 ½ | dl | Low-fat milk or water |
25 | g | Yeast |
7-8 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Braided sesame bread I
To prepare the Braided sesame bread I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast into a dough dish. Warm milk or water to the fingers and dissolve the yeast in a little of the liquid. Stir the flour for a little while and work the dough until it drops the dish. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Work the dough smoothly on a table and cut 1/3 part from. Then divide each dough into 3 pieces and roll them to 30 cm long lengths. You get 3 big and three smaller lengths. Lay the large lengths next to each other and merge them together. Put the finished braid on baking paper on a baking sheet and press it slightly. Flatten the smaller lengths the same way and put the small braid on top of the big one. Squeeze the braids together and allow the bread to rise for 20 minutes. Spoon 1 egg together, brush the bread, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bag it at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes on the middle groove.
