To prepare the Bradepande cake with PEAR recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in butter and sugar well and stir in the eggs one at a time. Cut the pears into small pieces and stir it gently into the dough together with vanillesukkeret. Mix the flour and baking powder and turn it gently in.
Wide dough into a baking pan, ca. 23x33 cm., and behind it on the next-lower Groove at 190 degrees c. alm. oven in 25-30 minutes.
