Ingredients for Brødtorte
1 | tbsp | Potato flour |
100 | g | Coarsely chopped nuts |
100 | g | Roughly chopped chocolate |
125 | g | Grated rye bread |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Cocoa |
250 | g | Sugar |
5-7.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
6 | Eggs |
Instructions for Brødtorte
To prepare the Brødtorte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg whips are whipped stiff, sugar and egg yolks are added, the rest is reversed.
Bake in spring form for approx. 1 hour at 175 degrees.
Cool and cut through.
The cream is whipped to whipped cream nuts and chocolate mixed in and distributed between the bottoms and upstairs.
Decorate with a little chocolate and nuts.
