100gRoughly chopped chocolate
125gGrated rye bread
2tspBaking soda
2tbspCocoa
250gSugar
5-7.5dlWhipped cream
6Eggs

Instructions for Brødtorte

To prepare the Brødtorte recipe, please follow these instructions:

Egg whips are whipped stiff, sugar and egg yolks are added, the rest is reversed.
Bake in spring form for approx. 1 hour at 175 degrees.
Cool and cut through.
The cream is whipped to whipped cream nuts and chocolate mixed in and distributed between the bottoms and upstairs.
Decorate with a little chocolate and nuts.
