140gIcing sugar
140gDesiccated coconut
4Egg yolk
4Egg white
50gButter

Instructions for Bounty-cake

To prepare the Bounty-cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the whites until stiff and turn over the icing sugar and coconut in. Pour batter in a springform approx. 23 cm in diameter and behind it by 175 degrees c. alm. oven for about 45 minutes on the bottom Groove.

Cool the cake bottom on a grate.

Stir the egg yolks together with the icing sugar.

Melt the fat and chocolate and let it cool slightly. Mix egg yolks and chocolate together and pour it on the cold cake.

Sprinkle, if desired. a little coconut over.
