2–3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
40 | g | Margarine |
5 | dl | Soup from boiling |

To prepare the Boiled culotte with sour sweet sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the culotte into a non-large saucepan with soup and 1 tbsp. salt. Pour water so that the meat is just covered. Bring it to boil and foam for impurities. Let the meat boil quietly under low approx. 1 hour. Remove the pot from the heat and let the meat take 15-20 minutes. Take the culotte and cover it so that it does not get cold. Make a baking of margarine and flour and spoon with ½ liter soup. Bring the cracked horseradish into the sauce and season with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Cut the cooked culotte into suitable slices across from the wide, thick end. Serve the dish with boiled potatoes. A rest of cold meat for the next day tastes good on rye bread with pickles and shredded horseradish.
