Instructions for Blueberry bars I
To prepare the Blueberry bars I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel the yeast in the dumplings. Pour the milk and stir the yeast out. Add half the flour as well as salt and sugar. Stir the softened butter. Bring most of the flour and stir well. Save some flour for later rolling out. Take the dough on the table and split it into two portions. Roll each serving to a square 20x30 cm and place on a greased plate or baking paper. Cut the sides in 6 cm long cutters. Put the blueberries down the middle, sprinkle with sugar and potato flour. Merge the pieces together over the filling. Brush with the whipped egg. The rods raise about 1 hour. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
