Ingredients for Bleeding Chocolate
100 | g | My dark chocolate 70% |
100 | g | Butter |
2 | tsp | Wheat flour |
2 | Past. eggs | |
2 | Past. egg yolk | |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
Instructions for Bleeding Chocolate
To prepare the Bleeding Chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
Melt butter at low heat
Whip egg yolk, egg, and sugar strongly into sugar right completely dissolved.
Mix the melted butter with the chocolate.
Carefully turn the chocolate / butter mixture into the egg yolk, then carefully turn the flour in.
The dough is divided into silicone muffin molds and placed in the freezer for at least 4 hours, they must be frozen.
Bake in the oven for 7-15 minutes at 200 g. (Until the side of the cake looks baked, there may be a soft area in the middle of the cake)
Take out and rest for 2-3 minutes.
Then gently turn on a dessert plate and serve with vanilla and or chocolate ice cream.
The cake is right when you put the spoon in it and the hot liquid chocolate runs out.
