15 | g | Almonds, peeled |
300 | g | Blackberries, fresh |
50 | g | Icing sugar |
50 | g | Pure raw marzipan |
Instructions for Blackberry Pie II
To prepare the Blackberry Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the flour and sugar. Crumble the cold fat in it, for it has a texture like grated cheese. Add the egg yolks and reassemble the quick dough. Let it rest in the fridge for ½-1 hour.
Roll the dough out and place it in a pie dish. Roll the cake roll over the pie shape edge, so the dough are cut off nicely. Prick it with a fork.
Forbag bottom for 10 minutes in a hot oven 200 degrees C.
Marzipan mass: run marcipanen together with the icing sugar. Add the butter a little at a time and stir the mass well through. Add the eggs a little at a time. Finally, stir flour and the finely chopped almonds in. Mass may now only just stirred together. Butter mass thin out at the slightly cooled crust.
Advantage BlackBerry clean on the bottom and bake the tart 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees C alm. oven.
