25 | g | Yeast |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
40 | g | Sukat |
50 | g | Raisins |
80 | g | Pure raw marzipan |
Instructions for Birthday Kringle
To prepare the Birthday Kringle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble fat in the flour. Stir yeast into cold cream. Make a dough in the flour-fat mixture and bring the yeast into it. Add the battered eggs and sugar and beat the dough together. Enjoy it well.
Roll the dough out for a long piece of approx. 70 cm long.
Stir the butter and sugar together to fill and spread it as a stripe down the middle of the dough piece. Tear the marcipan on the rough side of the roast iron over the filling. Sprinkle with chopped sugar and raisins.
Gather the dough over the filling, form the dough into a pastry and put it on the joint. Stir the pastry cold for a few hours or overnight.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with chops and almonds. Bake the pastry at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 15 minutes.
tips:
Chopped pomeranian can also be served in the pastry. Instead of butter, sugar and marcipan filling, the biscuit can be filled with cake cream. When baked is baked, it is glazed with white glaze.
