300 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Egg yolk | |
4 | Egg white | |
5 | tbsp | Strawberry Jam |
Instructions for Bestefarsskæg
To prepare the Bestefarsskæg recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar is stirred light and fluffy. Stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Flour and baking powder mix and flips in the batter alternately with the milk.
The dough is filled into a small, greased baking pan 23x33 cm. bake for 15 minutes at 175 degrees.
The cake is taken out and lubricated a thin layer of jam on it. The egg whites beaten stiff. 1 dl. of sugar added during continued whipping. The rest of the sugar, invert in meringue mass. Marengsen spread over the cake, bake for a further 15 minutes.
