To prepare the Best Kanelgake in the world recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Beat the sugar and butter together with a hand whisk.
Add the milk and whisk again.
Add the flour, cinnamon and soda and whisk part whole well together.
OBS!!! You may not use any electric whips.
Pour the dough into a rectangular shape with greaseproof paper and bake the cake in a 200-degree warm oven for 30 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Tips:
As there is neither an egg or yeast in the dough cake may be eaten raw, so it would apply only to lick the Bowl clean. -It tastes almost better than the cake after it is baked (:
