Instructions for Berliner Pfannkuchen
To prepare the Berliner Pfannkuchen recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter and add the milk. Let it be hand warm. Dissolve yeast into milk and add sugar and egg. Add the flour gradually and knead the dough well. The dough may stick a bit. Cover the bowl with a dish or a piece of film and let the dough raise for 1 hour a loose place. Beat the dough and roll it out approx. ½ cm thick. Udkik circles approx. 8 cm in diameter. Put about 1 teaspoon of marmalade on half of the dough circles and then add another dough circle upstairs and carefully hug the edges together so that the marmalade does not run out during boiling. Let the cakes rise for 1/2 hour before boiling in hot oil or palmin. Place the cakes on greasy paper and then turn them into sugar.
tips:
I used 2 liters of oil for cooking.
