1-2Lemons juice thereof
125gIcing sugar
125gButter
150gSugar
175gWheat flour

Instructions for Berits Lemon Cake

To prepare the Berits Lemon Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir butter and sugar lightly and airy. Add the eggs one at a time. Put the finely lemon peel in. Sift flour and baking soda together and stir in the dough. Bring it in a greased flour-shaped spring shape of 20 cm and bag the cake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.

Cool the cake and coat it with icing stirring flour and boiling lemon juice. Decorate with thin lemon fillets.
