1 | tsp | Carnations |
1 | tsp | Strøget soda |
1 | Topteske cinnamon | |
500 | g | Dark brown sugar |
Instructions for Beer mold cake
To prepare the Beer mold cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Ginger and white beer are thoroughly stirred
Flour, spices and baking soda are added and stirred well
Pour in a well greased form not too small
Bake on the bottom shelf at 175 degrees for about 1½ hours.
Last half hour at 150 degrees
Bake by ordinary oven heat.
Serve cooled and sliced with cold butter.
Becomes better and better when stored, but tastes so good it's hard to save.
tips:
The dough can successfully add raisins, almonds or other nuts to taste.
