Ingredients for Beef with fresh basil and thai long beans
1 | tbsp | Vegetable oil |
2 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
2 | tbsp | Water |
200 | g | Long thai beans |
250 | g | Tyndstegsbøf in thin slices |
3 | clove | Minced garlic |
30 | Fresh basil leaves | |
3-4 | Fresh red chilli |

To prepare the Beef with fresh basil and thai long beans recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the long Thai beans in 5 cm long pieces.
Heat the oil in a wok or large Saute pan. Add the garlic and beef and fry it until the meat is well browned. Add the Holy basil leaves, chili and beans and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the fish sauce and water and FRY for a further 1 minute, the beans are cooked, but still very crunchy. Server Court with steaming, long grain Jasmine
