100 | g | Quark 5 + |

200 | g | Ground beef max 5 g fat |

Instructions for Beef soup
To prepare the Beef soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the onion and garlic in it. Add beef and saute it until it crumbles and has changed color.
Add the broth, tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Let the soup boil at low heat and under the lid for about 2 min.
Add the pasta and cook for approx. 4 min. stir in Quark and flour together and stir smooth no in the soup.
Let the soup boil at low heat and stirring for about 2 minutes, until it is lightly thickened. Season to taste.
