To prepare the Beef rolls with filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper and butter the selected spice mixture after stirring it together. Roll the meat together over the filling like a roulade. Cut into slices and put on four spikes. Brush with oil and grill them approx. 3 min. on every side.
Another option is to sprinkle the steaks with salt, pepper and peppers and roll each of them together for a piece of cheese of the emmenthaler type and grill them in the same way as above.
