Ingredients for Beef pot

1 | Handful chopped parsley | |
1 | bottle | Red wine |
1 | Large parsnip | |
1 | tbsp | Thyme |
2 | Large carrots | |
200 | g | Bacon, diced |
2-3 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
4-500 | g | Beef into cubes |
5 | dl | Vegetable broth |
Instructions for Beef pot
To prepare the Beef pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the salt and pepper in the flour.
Turn the meat into it.
Pour oil into a saucepan.
Brown the meat and pick it up.
Pour the bacon into the pan and wrap it until it is crisp and golden.
Cut the carrots and parsnips into the tern, add to the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Put the meat in the pot again.
Add tomato sauce and thyme and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add red wine and vegetable broth, put on the pot and simmer for 1½ hours.
Season with salt and add parsley.
Server with rice.
