To prepare the Beef medallions with parma ham and mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the meat with pepper to taste and pour half of the glue. Let it soak in the fridge for some hours.
clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. cut the ham into 1 cm strips. clean and chop the parsley.
Fry the ham in oil in 2 min. then added the mushrooms and FRY for a further 3-4 min. Finally reversed the parsley in, with the rest of the glue and taken by the heat after about 30 sec. Put it in a heat-proof platter. pour the Foundation on the forehead as you have fried mushrooms. and warm it up. pour over in the dish. put the steaks on top of the mixture.
Give it 12-14 my in on 200 degrees, depending on how the meat should be.
Sprinkle with parsley
Tips:
serve with fresh pasta tossed in a little butter with lemon and white pepper. It must not drip with butter, there is, of course, yummy sauce in the dish.
