600 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Beef in dish with mashed potatoes
To prepare the Beef in dish with mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mashed potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Boil them well in a thickened pot without salt approx. 20 min. Pour the water from the potatoes and steam them completely dry. Mash the potatoes with an electric whip and add the milk gradually. Add the butter and whip the sauce lightly. Season with salt and pepper.
Meat sauce: Let the butter golden in a thickened pot and add the peppers. Let the bell pepper off. Season onions and meat in the butter and add peeled tomatoes and ketchup, salt and pepper. Let the meat sauce smack under low approx. 10 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce into a deeply greased ovenproof dish and put the mashed potatoes over as low. Place the dish in the middle of the oven approx. 25 min. At 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Serve the dish with tomato salad.
