4 | Udkernede, peeled tomatoes in half | |
400 | g | Fresh beans |
Instructions for Bean soup
To prepare the Bean soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauter onions and garlic in butter in a saucepan for low heat 5 min. Stir flour and season with ½ liter broth. Add the beans and let it boil without lid until they are tender, approx. 20 min. Blend the soup completely smoothly and put it back into the pan. Add the rest of the broth and season with salt, pepper and lemon and keep the soup warm. Turn on the oven's grill and put salmon, almond slices and half the tomatoes on a baking sheet with baking paper. Put it under the oven grill until the almonds have taken color, approx. 5 min. Cut tomatoes into strips and benefit tomatoes and salmon in 4 soup dishes, pour soup and sprinkle with almonds and possibly. A chopped herb. Server broke to.
