250 | g | Green bean |
30 | g | Fresh parmesan or grana |
6-8 | Cocktail tomatoes |
Instructions for Bean salad VI
To prepare the Bean salad VI recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the beans and cook them in leached salt for approx. 5 minutes, they still have to be crisp.
Immerse them immediately with ice-cold water and let them drip into a sieve.
Rinse the cocktails and cut them in half.
Spread beans and tomatoes on a dish.
Shake the dressing together and pour it over while the beans are sticky.
Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Plan the parmesan to thin shavings with a potato peel and decorate the salad.
