130 | g | Sugar |
150 | g | Butter |
2 | Egg whites (pass) | |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Bastogne pie
To prepare the Bastogne pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Biscuits are crushed and mixed with sugar.
The butter is melted and everything is mixed together.
Bring baking paper in a spring shape and like the mass in the mold and push it well to the edge and smooth out.
Egg whips whip stiff with salt. After that, sugar is whipped after a while until the mass is completely smooth and stiff.
Spread over the biscuits and baked in the middle of the oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
The cake must be light brown.
The cream is whipped and spread over the cold cake.
Decorate with ½ grapes.
