Instructions for Basil marinated pork chops
To prepare the Basil marinated pork chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bank koteletterne easy out. Chop the Basil and thyme very finely and whisk the herbs together with oil and vinedddike. Pour marinade over koteletterne. Turn the meat occasionally and leave it cold and covered in 3-4 hours.
Brown butter in the Pan and fry the koteletterne therein 4-5 min. on each side. They must be fried, but not dry. Roof koteletterne up and keep warm.
Cut the tomatoes in both and fry them in the fat in the pan. Pour the marinade from the meat at a nip, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and give it a quick rehash. Serve the tomatoes next to koteletterne.
Accessories: Small Potatoes tossed in thyme will be good as an accessory. The marinade should be cooked up before serving, URpga.den raw meat juices from koteletterne.
