Instructions for Banankage 16

To prepare the Banankage 16 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg, sugar and vanilla sugar to an airy egg snap. Mix flour and baking soda together and gently wrap the dough, alternately with melted chilled butter. Turn the mashed banana in.

Pour the dough into a greased french bread (about 1 liter) and behind the cake at the bottom of the oven. Turn it over to a baker and let it cool.

Distribute melted chocolate to the cake.

Baking time: Approx. 55 min. At 175 °

tips:
Tip: The banana can be replaced by 1 apple in small tern (about 1½ dl), 1/2 teaspoon cardamom, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon peel or 1 teaspoon of strong coffee (instant coffee and water) and 50 grams of chocolate in small pieces.
