125 | g | Butter |

200 | g | Wheat flour |
25 | g | Almonds |

Instructions for Banana Pie
To prepare the Banana Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mørdej: Mix the flour and sugar. Crumble the cold fat until it has consistency like fried cheese. Add egg yolks and pick up the dough quickly. Leave it in the fridge for ½-1 hour. Roll out the dough and put it in a pie shape. Roll the cake roll over the edge of the pie, so the dough is cut well. Tap it with a fork. Prepare the base for 10 minutes in a 200 degree hot oven.
Fill: Whip the eggs together. Add the cream and the grains of a vanilla rod. Mix well. Rinse and dump the almonds and chop them roughly. Cut the bananas into slices and put them in the baked bottom. Immediately pour the egg mixture over. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake the pie for another 15-20 min at 200 degrees. Eggs must be golden and firm, then the pie is finished. Banana servers serve hot or cold.
