2Very ripe bananas

Instructions for Banana pie 2

To prepare the Banana pie 2 recipe, please follow these instructions:

For the cake:
Chop the butter in the flour and knead it together. Add flour and salt. Make a dough in the flour mixture and pour the egg yolks in it. Collect the dough. Let the dough rest cold for a couple of hours before it is rolled out and put into the pie. Behind the bottom 15 min. At 200 degrees.

Cream:
Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add corn starch. Boil the milk with the battered spoon for 5 minutes. Peel ½ dl of the boiling milk into the eggs and pour it back into the milk bowl. Let the cream become thick over low heat.
