Instructions for Banana mousse II
To prepare the Banana mousse II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolks and sugar well together. Peel the bananas and season them or blend them with lemon juice. Stir in the egg-sugar mixture.
Place the house block in cold water for 5 minutes. Then melt it over a water bath. Whip it in the banana mix when it has cooled a little.
Whip the egg whites stiff. Turn them into the mousse and style them in the fridge until it's stiff.
The mousse is decorated with coarse-colored chocolate in the middle of the dessert as a small red, and the marcipan filling is put in it.
Easter chicken marcipan filling
