To prepare the Ballumer knepkager recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cream, butter and fat is heated. Pour over flour and sugar, stir well, then cool slightly. Rolled thin out in a big flat. Cut into oblong squares approximately 6 x 10 cm. Brush with egg and bake about 10 minutes at 200 gr.
When the cakes are baked lubricated with hot syrup, while they are still warm.
