Instructions for Baked tomatoes with eggs
To prepare the Baked tomatoes with eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut a lid of the tomatoes and carefully remove the bowl with a teaspoon. Sprinkle the tomatoes inside with half the spices and salt and pepper.
Chop tomato food with a knife. Mix with the remaining spices, salt and pepper and pour into a refractory dish.
Place the hollowed tomatoes on the mixture. Beat an egg into each tomato and sprinkle with salt and pepper on the egg.
Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 25 min. To egg white is stiff.
Sprinkle with parsley. Served for kidney bread.
