200 | g | Pearl onions (possibly frozen) |
25 | g | Maizenamel |

4 | dl | Fish broth |
4 | plates | Frozen puff pastry |
600 | g | Salmon fillet without skin |
Instructions for Baked salmon with pearls, leeks and estragon
To prepare the Baked salmon with pearls, leeks and estragon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll the thawed butter dough onto a floured table. Put a piece of salmon on each plate, brush the edge with a coiled egg and then fold the dough over the fish. Push the edges with a fork.
Pour them in the oven at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Clean the pears, cut them into slices and cook them easily.
Cook white wine and fish broth to half. Even with corn oil and pour the cream on. Cook in the appropriate texture and taste with salt and pepper.
Bring leeks and pearls in the sauce and boil it until the vegetables are just too tender. Add estragon.
Served with potatoes.
