To prepare the Baked rhubarb Compote recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut rhubarb stalks into coarse pieces and place them in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle sugar and vanilla over and cover with foil. Behind the rhubarb in the oven at 200 degrees C alm. oven for about 40 minutes.
Rhubarb should be completely soft.

Cool slightly, blend them to a smooth porridge and to set nonoxal.

Server porridge with a good and rich cream and sprinkle a little extra sigh ker of-mush to crunches!
