To prepare the Baked mushrooms with chili recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean, brush and sharpen the bottom of the sponges. Put them with the bottom up in a pan. In a bowl, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and water are stirred together. Season with salt and peeled pepper. Pour the liquid over the mushrooms and spread a little chili and garlic on each sponge. Close the frying pan thoroughly with silver paper and broom the mushrooms in a preheated oven of 200 degrees for approx. 25 min until they are tender and juicy.
