To prepare the Baked Danish apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
The washed, peeled apples are shared in both. Core house, flower and stem removed. The apples are cut into small pieces and boiled with a little water under the lid. The mash is tender and seasoned with vanilla and cooled.
Kagerasp: Butter melted on the forehead. Rasp and sugar are mixed and shaken in the fat with constant stirring.
The chilled apple sauce is layered with cake spoon in a greased spring form or high tart with loose bottom. At the bottom and top, rasp is added. Melted butter poured over.
The cake is baked for 1 hour at 185 degrees C. Alm. oven.
It is served lukewarm, decorated with jelly and whipped cream to or cold, covered with whipped cream and decorated with jelly.
