1dlWheat bran
1 ½tspSalt
10-12dlWheat flour
2dlCold water
2dlLukewarm water
50gYeast

Instructions for Baguette

To prepare the Baguette recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the broth into a bowl and pour 2 dl of cold water. Let it take about 30 minutes. Add 2 dl of lukewarm water, plus yeast. Stir until the yeast is dissolved. Bring salt and most of the flour in. Work it together for a smooth dough and let it rise with a cloth over a warm place for about 45-60 minutes. Take the dough and divide it into 4 pieces. Roll each portion into a baguette that is placed on a greased plate. Cut each baguette with a sharp knife and let them rise under a cloth for about 45-60 minutes. Bag baguettes at 250 degrees on center groove for about 12 minutes
