To prepare the Bacalhau Portugal recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven at 180 degrees C.
Boil water and put in the fish strips in. Soak about 15 minutes. Pour the water and share the fish into large pieces.
Boil the potatoes with the skin on. Cool in cold water and arrow. Sauté the onion in the butter until it is soft, add the garlic.
Butter a baking form and put in half of the potatoes, the fish and onions. Sprinkle with pepper and put in the rest of the potatoes, onions and fish in. Sprinkle pepper and breadcrumb on top.
