Instructions for Ayam Panggang (Spicy Roasted Chicken)
To prepare the Ayam Panggang (Spicy Roasted Chicken) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. alm. oven. Slice the chicken into two halves with a large knife or poultry sauce. Cut along the spine and chest. Do not burn the wings by placing them under the chicken. Place the chicken with the skin side up on a grate in a frying pan and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
While the chicken fry, put chilli, garlic, pepper and dolphin in a small food processor or mortar and blend or bump until the mixture is even. Add the soy sauce, turmeric and lime juice and continue until it is mixed well together.
Grease the spice mixture evenly over the chicken and spread the butter pieces on top. Stir for 25-30 minutes more or until the chicken is cooked.
Can be served warm and at room temperature. Decorate if possible. With limes and fresh herbs.
