To prepare the Auberginetatar recipe, please follow these instructions:

Half the eggplant and make some slices in the meat with a knife. The 2 halves are lubricated with a little oil and seasoned with fresh (dried) thyme and rosemary, garlic after taste, salt and pepper. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees C for approx. 15 minutes. Then the meat is scrapped and the tomato is cooked and heated in a saucepan just before serving.
