To prepare the Atlantic Beach Pie (Salt and lemon pie) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The biscuits are crushed into small pieces but not to powder and mixed with sugar and the soft butter until it depends quite a bit.
The mass is distributed at the bottom and sides of a pie shape or spring shape of approx. 20 cm.
Set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and baked at 175 degrees for 18 minutes
Cooled off before serving
Sprinkle with sea salt and serve with whipped cream
