To prepare the Arni Me Papates (Greek Lamb Chicken Fried With Garlic) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the lamb with oil, salt and pepper and put garlic slices into it. Place it on a griddle over the frying pan or an ovenproof dish and raise it at 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
After approx. 1 hour of cooking time pour 1 liter of water into the frying pan / dish. Let it boil and pour the rice into the water. When the rice is boiled tenderly and most of the water is gone, lamb and rice are taken out of the oven.
