Ingredients for Apple / Tosca Cake
1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
1 | dl | Milk |
1 | tbsp | Syrup (preferably light) |
1 | tsp | Ground cinnamon |
100 | g | Almond splitter/chopped nuts |
1-2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
150 | g | Butter (soft) |
150 | g | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
3 | tbsp | Cream |
4 | Apples | |
4 | tsp | Baking soda |
Instructions for Apple / Tosca Cake
To prepare the Apple / Tosca Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and butter a spring shape (about 26 cm.) With butter.
Stir butter and sugar creamy, stir the eggs at one time.
Add vanilla. Sift flour with baking soda and stir in the dough alternately with the milk.
Fill the dough into the mold.
Peel the apples and cut them in both without the core housing. Push them well into the dough and put the cake in the oven for 45 minutes
Bowl topping the ingredients into a pan and give it a boil.
Spread it over the cake, turn up 250 degrees and back for approx. 10 min.
Put the cake on a grate and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cut the edge off with a knife, take the cake out of the mold and allow it to cool on the grate.
