Ingredients for Apple Tarteletter

1 | dl | Rowan berries or Apple jelly |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1 | tbsp | Water |
100 | g | Butter or margarine |
2 | tbsp | Whipped cream |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
3 | Large tart apples |
Instructions for Apple Tarteletter
To prepare the Apple Tarteletter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir fat, egg yolks and sugar airy. Add cream and flour and work it all for a smooth dough. Pour the dough into 6 round tartelforms, about 11 cm in diameter, preferably with loose bottoms.
Rinse and split each apple into 4 boats and remove the core house. Cut the apples into thin slices or grind them roughly on a grater and spread them in the shapes.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the apples. Bake the apple pie dishes at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes and let them cool.
Warm yellow and water to a viscous texture. Brush gel on the apple tartlets and decorate with a spicy lemon balm.
Served with whipped cream or vanilla sauce.
