0.5 | dl | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
0.5-1 | dl | Port wine or sherry |
1 | Handful of almonds | |
1 | tbsp | Corn flour |
1 | bag | Macaroons |
1 | Vanilla rod | |
1500 | g | Apples |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | tsp | Honey |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
5 | tbsp | Water |
Instructions for Apple flour with honeyed almonds
To prepare the Apple flour with honeyed almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Apple Compote: Peel the apples, cut them into coarse pieces and put them in a pan. Fold the vanilla pole and scrape the grains. Bring both in the pan with lemon juice, sugar and water. Boil the compote and let it boil for approx. 7-10 min.
Take the pot off the heat and let the composite cool off
Cream: Bring the ingredients into a pan and stir them well together. Warm the cream under constant whipping until it is firmly thick.
Cool the cream off.
Honey-roasted almonds: Chop the almonds roughly. Shake them on a dry forehead. When they start coloring the honey, stir well in the almonds. Take the pan off the heat and pour the almonds onto a piece of baking paper. Cool them completely and divide them.
