3 | dl | Potato flour |

To prepare the Apple cake with coconut, gluten free recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter a round spring shape and sprinkle the mold with cane sugar and coconut.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add butter and stir it to a crumbled mass. Add egg and yogurt and knead together to a dough. Pour the dough into the mold. Peel and peel the apples and cut them into thin slices stuck into the cake. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 45 minutes at 175 degrees C.
tips:
Holds moist for long with 2 bananas instead of apples. Can be served with any. Vanillais and the like
