Ingredients for Apple and Mandelpie
0.5 | Orange grated to thereof | |
0.5 | dl | Orange Marmalade |
1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
1.5 | dl | Ground almond |
100 | g | Butter |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Milk or cream |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
3.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Apple and Mandelpie
To prepare the Apple and Mandelpie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the fat, sugar and baking soda airy. Add 1 egg and stir it for a smooth dough. Bring milk and wheat flour and work well together. Let the dough stand cold for at least 30 minutes.
Stir the fat, sugar and marmalade together to fill. Add almonds and fried orange peel and stir it for a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a pie shape and make the edge nice. Pour the filling into the mold. Whip 1 egg together and brush the dough.
Behind the pink at 225 degrees C on the bottom groove for approx. 25 minutes. Take out the pies and let it get almost cold before serving.
