Instructions for Andesteg long-term step
To prepare the Andesteg long-term step recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 100-125 degrees C. alm. oven. Preparation for another takes approx. 1½ hours, but let another be done approx. 1 hour before eating, so that it can rest for half an hour, cut and again put in the oven for half an hour while accessories are being arranged.

Calculation of peak time at a larger / smaller and: 360 min / 3000 gr. = 0.12 min. per. Gram 0.12 min. * 3000 gr. = 360 min. Total 360 min / 6 = 60 min. per. ½ kg. 60 min * 2 = 120 min. = 2 hours with the back upwards. 60 min. * 4 = 240 min. = 4 hours with chest upwards.
