Instructions for American team cake I
To prepare the American team cake I recipe, please follow these instructions:

The three eggs are shared.
Whip the whites completely stiff. Whip the sugar in a bit.
Stir the flowers in. Sift the two kinds of flour and baking soda into the dough while stirring.
The dough is divided into well-molded shapes, two layers of cake and a spring shape.
The two layers of cake are baked for approx. 10 minutes at degrees C. alm. oven.
Top: Egg whips are whipped very stiff, the sugar is brought in. It is placed on top of the unbound bottom in the spring shape. Bake at 170 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes.
Cream: Put the milk on the hob with the vanilla bar. Egg yolks, sugar and corn oil are stirred together, poured into milk which is brought to boiling point while whipping.
The three bottoms are put together with the cream and possibly. jam.
