240 | g | Wheat flour |

4 | tsp | Baking soda |

Instructions for American chokolademuffins
To prepare the American chokolademuffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and cocoa well together.
Whisk eggs, milk and oil is about 1 min.
Stir egg mixture into melbalndingen until it is uniform.
Divide the batter into molds and fill them just over half up.
Put a (large) piece of chocolate up for grabs, in the dough, and press it slightly down into the cake. But the chocolate may not reach the bottom of the form and it sinks even when they are baked.
Bake in middle of oven at 200 degrees C min. 20-25. alm. oven (small muffins 15 min.).
Tips:
The chocolate may not recognize. replaced with smartis, M & M's or similar ...
