Ingredients for Amaretto Mousse Cheesecake
¾ | dl | Amaretto liqueur |
1 | tsp | Lemon juice |
1 | tsp | Vanilieessens |
1¼ | dl | Melted butter |
1¼ | dl | Water |
1¾ | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | pkg | Cream cheese |
3 | dl | Milk |
3 | dl | Sugar |
5 | dl | Wholemeal, crumbled |
6 | leaves | Isinglass |
Instructions for Amaretto Mousse Cheesecake
To prepare the Amaretto Mousse Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the biscuits with the melted butter and press it into a spring form.
Soak the husk in the water and melt it over a water bath. Set aside.
Stir the cream cheese with the sugar. Add gradually milk husblas and lemon juice. Stir the Amaretto in a little while.
Whip the cream to the cream and turn it gently into the cream cheese. Place it on top of the biscuits and cool the cheese in the fridge.
