To prepare the Amaretto Mousse Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the biscuits with the melted butter and press it into a spring form.

Soak the husk in the water and melt it over a water bath. Set aside.

Stir the cream cheese with the sugar. Add gradually milk husblas and lemon juice. Stir the Amaretto in a little while.

Whip the cream to the cream and turn it gently into the cream cheese. Place it on top of the biscuits and cool the cheese in the fridge.
