Ingredients for Almonds with white chocolate

150 | g | Peeled almonds |
150 | g | Sugar |
3 | cups | Whole eggs |
400 | g | White chocolate |
50 | g | Ready to eat Dried apricots |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Almonds with white chocolate
To prepare the Almonds with white chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Lubricate 2 rounds of molds lightly (20 cm in diameter) and coat the bottom of them with baking paper.
Chop the almonds and half of the white chocolate roughly. Make sure the pieces are roughly uniformly large. Cut the apricots into pieces of the same size. (Tip: use a scissors for the finely ground apricots).
Melt the rest of the white chocolate together with the butter in a bowl over a water bath.
Whip the egg and sugar thick and white in a bowl. Then pour the mixture into the melted chocolate under constant whipping.
Sift the flour over the mixture and stir in. Finally stir the almonds, chopped white chocolate and apricots in.
Divide the dough into the two molds and smooth it smoothly. Bake approx. 30 minutes or the top is firm and crisp. Cool the cake into the mold and cut it into slices.
